Friends of Cockers has been a national rescue with the goal of rehabilitating and placing Cocker Spaniels into permanent homes. Friends of Cockers is a non-profit organization, with 501 (C)3 status, so donations are now tax deductible. WE ACCEPT DONATIONS THRU PAY PAL. 
We are a small volunteer group who care about the well-being of homeless cocker spaniels. Our dogs live with foster families across the country and although we try to place them in homes close to their current location, we are willing to adopt to families further away.
Prior to placement, our dogs are all spayed (neutered), up to date on shots, heartworm tested, and temperament tested. If we don't feel the dog is completely ready for a new home, they stay in foster care for until they are. We do NOT adopt known biters.
